It was a pleasure joining a recent discussion around Shareholder Activism Trends. Expert Webcast always does a great job at bringing together a variety of experts and facilitating an engaging discussion on important topics for the current environment.

The Cross-Border Shareholder Activism panel was great—and particular shout out to an AMAZING moderator—so many moderators do NOT do as great a job at keeping things dynamic but giving everyone a voice, it was a masterclass.

Over the past 40 plus years, I have had the opportunity to speak at many events.  I would put Expert Webcast at the top of the list. The topics are always timely and on point. The speakers are all experts in their respective fields and tend to bring an interesting mix of expertise. I not only enjoy speaking, I also tend to learn something new each time. I highly recommend Expert Webcast.

What you just now offered your audience was a truly perfect webinar, with incredibly knowledgeable and articulate experts in all relevant aspects of the subject matter, who played off of one another remarkably effectively and collaboratively, and, thanks to your masterful questioning and who generously offered invaluable information and potential strategies to all deal professionals who had the good fortune to make the time to join you. I will urge all of my corporate colleagues to make the time to view it.

Expert Webcast is the one platform that constantly puts forth timely and important topics by leaders in their field. The programs are engaging and most helpful in staying current on industry trends and developments.

Expert Webcast did a great job producing out discussion on Cross-Border Private Equity. I would not hesitate to join another Expert Webcast panel and very much plan to view future offerings on the platform.

"Mass Torts — Implications for Bankruptcy and Restructuring" was a great program with impressive speakers. I love programs where smart people disagree on key points. Listening to a discussion like that is a great way to learn.

Expert Webcast offered access to hundreds of private practitioners and corporate counsels across Canada and USA and allowed me to engage and interact with very talented and experienced lawyers from overseas in private practice and private equity.
